Scope

This notice explains how I process your personal data when you browse this website, book an appointment, or make a payment.

What data I process

  • Identification & contact: name, email, telephone number, address.
  • Booking details: date/time, duration, notes.
  • Payment-related data (processed by my payment provider, e.g., Rabobank, SumUp and/or Stripe): payment method, status, last 4 digits. I do not store full card data.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies.


Purposes & legal bases

  • Providing the service / managing bookings (Cal.com) — contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Payments & invoicing (Rabobank/SumUp/Stripe and e-Boekhouden.nl) — legal obligation and contract (Art. 6(1)(c), (b)).
  • Security, troubleshooting, logs — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics loads only after you click Accept.

Cookies & consent

I use essential cookies to run this site (including booking via Cal.com and checkout via Stripe). With your consent, I use analytics cookies (GA4) to measure visits and improve the site. You can accept or decline analytics via the banner and change your choice later (“Cookie settings”).

Recipients / processors

  • Cal.com (scheduling & reminders)
  • Rabobank, SumUp and/or Stripe for payments
  • e-Boekhouden.nl for accounting and invoicing (processor)
  • Hostinger (website hosting)
    These parties may act as processors or independent controllers for certain operations (e.g., banks/payment providers).

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g., the US). Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.

Retention

  • Customer & booking records: as long as needed to provide the service and support.
  • Accounting records: up to 7 years (tax law).
  • Analytics: per GA4 retention.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL).
